We’d like to formally introduce you to our newest almond flour crust pizza: Italian Sausage with Roasted Red Peppers. Please extend your tongue and place a slice of the pizza on it. Note how the subtly sweet peppers complement the flavors of their savory porky pie-mate. Don’t get distracted wondering if pie-mate should be hyphenated. Focus instead on how the fats in the whole milk mozzarella and sausage balance the effect carbs have on blood sugar. If all this feels too formal, just devour the pizza like nobody’s watching.

Crust: Cage-free† eggs, almond flour, arrowroot flour, cassava flour, coconut milk, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, psyllium husk, lemon juice, sea salt, unfiltered apple cider vinegar, honey.

Baking Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°. Place baking sheet on middle rack while oven preheats.
  • Remove pizza from plastic and cardboard tray.
  • Place frozen pizza directly on the preheated baking sheet.
  • Cook for 11–15 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
